Ralph Reichenbaum
Vice President
Controller
Mr. Reichenbaum has been the
Stoltz controller since
1988. During which time, he
has overseen all accounting
functions and reporting,
including lender and client
compliance requirements.
This includes a diverse set
of commercial and
residential projects
including, but not limited
to a hotel; office space;
rental apartments; retail;
homeowners associations;
restaurants; and numerous
residential and commercial
construction projects.
He has key responsibilities
in financing, budgeting,
cash analysis and
projection, computer
software and hardware
selection, and the
establishment of certain
accounting policies that are
used in the financial
reporting process.
Prior to his employ at
Stoltz, Ralph held a
controller position from
1984-1988 with Radice
Corporation, a diversified
real estate developer with
over $250,000,000 in assets.
From 1972-1984, he was the
Controller and VP of
Financial Reporting for GAC
Corporation. This publicly
traded diversified holding
company with assets in
excess of $1,000,000,000 was
engaged in real estate
development, water and sewer
utility, title companies,
cable TV and an airline.
Mr. Reichenbaum is a
graduate of the University
of Miami (1970) wherein he
achieved his degree in
Business Administration with
majors in both accounting
and finance. In 1984 he
passed the Florida CPA exam.
